February was spent prepping The Hobbyist for distribution and getting back into work. There was also a trip to Monkey World for my birthday and a quick trip up to Leeds to start some external work at Leeds Arts University. In between all this it rained a lot, so I struggled to walk my usual step count. I’ve noticed a sharp decline in the amount I walk now that Jaffa is no longer with us. Some people may find it weird, but Bee and I had his ashes placed in a large plant pot at home with a huge money tree plant, so that’s his new home. Elsewhere, I’ve been practising with music, not with any project in mind, but just to get better at my guitars. The crappy weather meant that I also got a chance to read quite a bit. Yay.
