Was that it?

It is horrible to think that the summer is coming to an end already. Lockdown means that it does not feel as if I have had a holiday at all, especially as we have had no chance to go anywhere in the last six months. I have taken a few days break at my parents home just to change scenery for a few days, but it does not feel like enough of a break, and a difficult academic year looms ahead.

In positive news, the summer has been spent quite creatively. This month I sent a script to Ben Arntz for a rework, I did some musical score for Will Whiting’s film Isra, I read a draft of another feature that a young director intends to shoot next year. I also managed to shoot some footage for another short film to compliment Light Symphony. I hope to edit this in the autumn. This is all good stuff.

Elsewhere I made good headway in books and films this month.
