It has been some time since I was doing lots of face to face teaching. My timetable has been imbalanced and this semester was a hard graft, especially with the threat of Covid looming. When the work is this imbalanced, there is little opportunity to do much else, so life gets a bit boring. Thankfully I had a visit from my mum, and a longer visit from my mother in law, to make the month a bit more enjoyable. I also saw a cut of Isra in the new dubbing suite at the university. Hopefully we will get it out into festivals soon. I also managed to complete the IMDb 250 Top Rated Movies (momentarily) and my 50 books for this year.
I’m starting to feel excited about the Christmas holidays and the potential to work on new things next year.
