Most of the student work gets handed in during May, so it becomes a busy month of email and emotion. Lots of anxiety and stress, especially for the students, but it translates to the lecturers; I am frazzled! Now begins the task of marking all of the work, which will take most of June, with the exam boards at the end. I don’t envisage many books being read or films being watched on the side.
