It’s 4am and I am still at work on the various projects that I have to do for my teaching work. It is savage. I miss having the snails here as their slow pace was almost meditative. I have always scoffed at the idea of meditation and yoga as I am predominately an ignorant fool. However, I maybe recognising it’s appeal now.
Here’s a video by John Bradburn and Andy Paton. They work with me at the university and we’ve all made films together for the last four years. They’ve experimented a lot with meditations on video. It has inspired my snail project. Don’t tell them that.
