Unfortunately I didn’t manage to get as much of the music down as I would’ve liked today, largely because I had to develop a new website for the 72 project. This was the film project that I was working on before ‘Crushing Snails’, and it has been a real pain in the ass lately.
The joy of working on ‘Crushing Snails’ is that I can be fairly autonomous as to the direction that I can take this in. After four years of dealing with the politics of the 72 project, it becomes really exhausting, especially when I’m still promoting the movie at festivals. It is quite hard to still be promoting one thing when your head is really settled on developing something new. Ho hum. I’ve done nothing but complain in this post! Ha ha…. 😀
