And then horror, another snail has ended up in trouble! I received this email:

Please help me, remember I am the snail you left in Birmingham a
while ago, well I have been kidnapped and am now living in Milton
Keynes!
Please meet their ransom demands, So far I am being well looked after
and fed regularly, howver one of the kidnappers is threatening to feed
me slug pellets and I am scared.
Their demends are as follows:-
$2,000,000 ugandan dollars and a fully fuelled plane destination to be
advised.
You have 48 hours to comply or I will face my rath
